My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. While the room was small and had a slight smell because of the wooden decor, the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect in the vibrant center of Bangalore, offering easy access to various restaurants. The dining options were healthy and enjoyable, but there were some areas for improvement in service training and room maintenance.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of vibrant Bangalore on Church St, with a variety of restaurants to choose from. The rooms were not as clean as expected and had a bad feeling overall, along with being smaller than depicted. The service was somewhat friendly but seemed more self-serving at times. The hotel's best feature is its central location, close to many attractions in the area. Dining options were decent but not exceptional.

However, the service, although not well-trained, did show some friendliness by providing an adaptor for charging. The dining experience was average, with no additional charges for room service but limited options. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located and offers good value for money.
